My husband and I met Trish probably 10 years ago when we were thinking of selling. We decided to stay where we are but Trish has continued to be a friend. We connect back and forth from time to time and she answers my questions about the housing market. She is very knowledgeable and always knows other good people to call if we need assistance. We know who we will call when the time is right for us to sell.

Trish Round helped me with selling my cute older home. She advised me of things I could do to improve my odds of getting top dollar, and even put up with me getting angry at her for another realtor's faux-pas. Then she kindly explained-when things go askew with real estate, it is one of the toughest things in life to go through. She walked me through downloading the "dot loop" app I needed, as most of the documents were able to be signed electronically with ease through that app. PLUS we managed to get 20k more than my asking price. She was a great communicator and ended up being someone I consider a friend. 72Sold is exactly what it says it is. Thanks Trish for all your hard work. Hopefully you'll visit my new digs soon!

If you want someone who stays calm when things get messy, call Trish.
